A coaching engagement at Ralev begins with an initial consultation, which may be requested via the contact form on this site or by telephone. A booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed on the start date, programme format, and session schedule, and Ralev has issued written confirmation by email to the address provided.
By engaging in physical training sessions, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risk and that you are voluntarily choosing to participate. You confirm that you are in a condition suitable for structured physical activity and that you will inform Ralev of any relevant changes to your circumstances before each session.
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any new structured exercise programme to your routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements or are returning to exercise after a prolonged period of inactivity.
Sessions cancelled with fewer than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate. Sessions cancelled with 24 hours' notice or more will be rescheduled without charge, subject to available slots. Ralev reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances outside its control; in such cases, a full reschedule at no additional charge will be offered.
Ralev provides personal training, movement screening, periodised programme design, body composition assessment, and lifestyle coaching within the scope of a REPs Level 3 certified personal trainer. Services do not extend to rehabilitation following injury, detailed nutritional assessment, or any matter requiring input from a specialist beyond the scope of personal training. Where such matters arise, referrals are made promptly.
This website is provided for informational purposes relating to Ralev's coaching services and general active lifestyle content. You may access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
